Sublime Housewares is Born
Having revaluated our lives during the lockdowns of 2020, we decided 2021 was a year to do something new! Believing firmly that buying in person still has a place alongside buying online, we founded Sublime Housewares with the intention of becoming a multi-channel retail operation. Utilising a blend of unusual, novelty and high-quality homeware products and gifts at affordable prices, combined with excellent customer service, our aim is to create great shopping experiences that large multiples and ecommerce players simply cannot match. Not only that, we want to ensure our business is sustainable long into the future. That’s why we look for products that have ethically traded, upcycled or environmentally friendly benefits wherever possible and highlight these in our product descriptions.
Expansion Into E-commerce
Throughout the summer of 2021 we have been touring South East England visiting seaside markets, food & drink festivals and music events with our range of carefully handpicked housewares and gifts. Overwhelmed by the reception we received at our stall, it’s been possible to push ahead with the launch of our e-commerce website sooner than expected. Thanks to the support of our growing customer base, you can now choose from a small range of our products to buy online, with further expansion of these ranges planned in the coming weeks.
