These terms and conditions apply to the use of www.sublimehousewares.co.uk

By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Using this Website indicates that you accept these terms regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us or order from us. If you do not accept these terms, do not use this website.

Our registered office is Willow House, 46 St Andrew’s Street, Mildenhall, Suffolk. IP28 7HB. Sublime Housewares Ltd is registered in England and Wales with company registration number 13330014.

If you require support or have a query with your order, we can be contacted by email at customerservice@sublimehousewares.co.ukor by using the contact form on the ‘Contact Us’ page of our website. We operate weekdays from 9am – 5pm and try to respond to all queries within 24 hours during the working week.

Placing an Order

  • Your order will be placed with us when you go through our online checkout process
  • We reserve the right to refuse an order in the following circumstances:
    • If we cannot obtain more stock of the good you have ordered
    • If we are unable to authorise your payment
    • Where there has been a pricing error
    • If the order is to be delivered outside the UK (we only provide delivery to UK mainland addresses at this time)

You will be notified via email within three working days of placing your order if we need to cancel your transaction and your payment will be reimbursed immediately but may take up to 3 working days to reach your account.Pricing

  • Sublime Housewares Ltd is not currently registered for VAT. Should this change as the company grows, we will update our pricing policy accordingly. At present pricing does not include a VAT charge.
  • Where items are shown as ‘Sale Items’

Despatch and Delivery

  • Sublime Housewares Ltd operates from 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. We aim to despatch all orders no later than two working days after receiving an order, often sooner
  • Items will be delivered to the delivery address provided when going through the checkout process on sublimehousewares.co.ukWe do not accept any liability for products that are not received because an incorrect delivery address has been provided to us. Your specified delivery address can however be different to your billing address.
  • At present, Sublime Housewares Ltd only delivers to locations within the UK mainland
  • Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods within the specified timescale, on occasion due to unforeseen circumstances we cannot always guarantee delivery in said time, or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries
  • Most deliveries are made by Royal Mail first class which advises a delivery timescale of 1 – 2 working days.

Lost Items

If you have not received your items, you must check with your local sorting office even if you have not received notification from your Royal Mail that they are holding items for you. In the event you have not received your order, we must allow the following timescales before we can take further action, and claim back from the relevant carrier for lost items.

Royal Mail Standard delivery: 10 working days from date of despatch.

 

Order Cancellations and Returns

  • For many items, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 working days of receiving the goods. In this instance you must contact us by email to customerservice@sublimehousewares.co.ukor via the contact us page on our website to notify us of your intention to cancel
  • In the unlikely event that your items arrive damaged or faulty, please include a photo of the item and we will issue you with a returns number and our returns address. We will provide a full refund or replacement item as preferred
  • Unwanted items can be returned to us within 28 days of receipt, but the costs of returning such goods to us must be borne by you. Unfortunately, we cannot refund postage and packaging on unwanted returned items more than 14 days after they have been delivered
  • Please note that unwanted items are your responsibility until they reach us, hence you may want to use a carrier that will insure the goods whilst in transit
  • Before returning unwanted goods you must contact us for a returns number via customerservice@sublimehousewares.co.ukor the contact form on our website. We will provide you with a return address.
